The City Concierge service is designed to make each trip you take within the City Collection as relaxing and as hassle-free as possible.

The Central Concierge will look after all your pre-trip requirements including airport transfers, restaurant reservations, tickets to top tourist attractions, taxi bookings and more.

They can also arrange for a light grocery shop to be done in advance of your arrival and unpacked in the kitchen.

All of our Members provide us with invaluable feedback about each location including the restaurants, bars and attractions they enjoyed.

We compile this information and use our Apartment Host’s local knowledge to make sure you have the best, most up to date information to hand when planning your trip.

The Apartment Host will meet you at the property, show you around and give you your keys. They will also arrange for the housekeeping service to attend the apartment as often as you like during your stay.

The Apartment Host is then just on the end of the telephone should you have any problems during your stay. We put a local mobile phone in all of the apartments to make sure you can contact the Apartment Host easily.

Each apartment is also fitted with flat-screen TVs with Satellite or Cable TV channels, Apple TV, a pre-programmed IPod with docking station, an IPad 2, printer and Wi-fi internet. There is also a selection of paperbacks and guidebooks as well as a few board games and toys for children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and there is a cot and highchair for babies.

For your comfort, all of the towels and linens are very high quality and there is a selection of toiletries in each bathroom as well as hairdryers in the bedrooms.
